I have inspected these parts and they all look good. Can you please let me know what is left for accounting to pay for this mold?
For the name plate on this mold we will call it 0-025-0094C.

The parts looked very good! The holes on the end of the parts are caused from too much cooling time, but that is not an issue for WIT to correct. I have cooling times set between 14 and 16 seconds, and I see on the process that WIT used it is 30 seconds. The beryllium copper cores cool the parts rapidly, and the end area will collapse due to stress if left on the cores too long. I have attached a picture of the same issue on one of our presses.
I expect the parts to stick to the pins during ejection due to the mold being new. I have no doubt that the mold will run in full auto!
I hope Husky gets the issues worked out on the hot runner system.
I feel a lot less stress today!
Thank you and thank your team for doing a great job on this project! I apologize for the delay in the material delivery. WIT completed the job on time, and Ennis dropped the ball on the resin.
